In addition to being a Usui Reiki Master since 1997, I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling, and am a graduate of the Stillpoint School of Advanced Energy Healing, as well as, being a Florida State and Nationally Certified Licensed Massage Therapist.
 
I began practicing my work as the result of my own personal healing journey. I learned that deep within most physical and/or emotional ailments resides a resignation from one's spiritual center. I discovered the integration of all modalities heals at a deep cellular level. In the process of healing, I found a calm inner peace and spiritual connection that has become a core piece of my existence.
